Registration form

If you are going to take part to Bibliocom 2002 please fill in the registration form and other possible coupons for the different events.

The completed coupons must be returned to Bibliocom Organizing Secretariat: 06-4441139 (fax number) or e-mail <bibliocom@aib.it> by October 5th, 2002.
For any conference or seminars that need to be booked, the form must be returned within September 15th, 2002.
Filling in the coupon you can collect the bag with the information materials (until its exhaustion) and the badge for the entrance to the halls at the reception desk.
